In the student essay call: Running Up Hill: The struggle of Student Athletes from Arak Anthology, which is wrote by Zachary Tuthill. The author uses a lot of quotations and paraphrase to make his essay more interesting and more perusable.

In the third paragraph, the writer showed us his quotation counterargument which is the time struggle happened on student athletes, and how they choice between studies and do their sport, and how would they deal with this problem. The writer used a quotation to introduce his idea for this essay. I think the way he used is very interesting, because he made this essay more attractive.

He also did great job on found quotations .There is one example of quotation in this essay. In the third paragraph, the writer used some specific details and numbers to shows that great numbers of athletes among university students, and he also showed us the three good ways to deal with those problems which are happened on athletes.

In the end, I think this essay is very persuasive and objective, because even though the writer is already shows us the three great ways to deal with those problems, but he is still very humble to judge the topic he researched.
